29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems or personal fall arrest: (a). At the Garden Park development in Fern Park, employees were installing roofing felt on a 4:12 pitched roof without the use of fall protection to protect them from a 33 feet 8 1/4 inch fall hazard.
