29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On or about January 28, 2017, five employees conducting roofing activities on a 6:12 pitch roof were not protected from falling approximately 30 feet by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems or any other type of fall protection. King Construction USA, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 915728, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 08-02-2013, with respect to a workplace located at Garden Park Development in Fern Park, FL.
