29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, a personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure as provided by another provision in paragraph (b) of this section: At 4480 Deerwood Lake Parkway, Deerwood Place Condominiums, Jacksonville, FL: On or about December 19, 2022, the employer exposed 2 roofing employees to 40-foot fall hazards from the roof eaves of the 5:12 pitch roof in that the employees were not provided anchorage points for their personal fall protection equipment.
