29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about December 2, 2013, at a residential structure at 45 Tournay Cir, Little Rock, AR 72223, employees were performing residential framing construction, the employer did not ensure employees were using fall protection systems during residential roofing work. Employees were observed/exposed to fall hazards of greater than 10 feet to finished ground below from a roof pitch greater than 8:12. Armando Ibarra Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(11) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315055863, citation number 1, item number 4b and was affirmed as a final order on 04/04/11, with respect to a workplace located at 17 Pennsylvania Ct., Little Rock, AR 72223.
