Observed on or about 06/17/14.  c) The employer failed to provide documentation and certification for abatement of citation 1 item 4 in which employees were observed  installing sheathing on the roof of a multi-story new construction residence.  The employees were exposed to fall hazards from greater than 17 feet to over 25 feet from the roof's surfaces to the ground below.  The  employees were not using any form of fall protection.  The employer did not provide training to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed to minimize the hazards. Observed on or about 06/17/14.
