29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) Jobsite, 924 New Market Street, Roof - Employees were sheeting the roof within 4 feet of unprotected edges up to 36 feet above the next level without conventional or alternative methods of fall protection, observed on or about 8/25/14.  WVM Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 980503, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/31/14, with respect to a workplace located at 28 North Beach Drive Toms River, NJ 08753.  WVM Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 966236, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/6/14, with respect to a workplace located at 16 Cedar Grove Road Margate City, NJ 08402.

Employees did not know the trigger height for fall protection in construction on or about 8/25/14.  WVM Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 980503, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/31/14, with respect to a workplace located at 28 North Beach Drive Toms River, NJ 08753.
