29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: a) Corriere Road, Easton PA - On or about August 15, 2014, an employee is utilizing a pneumatic nail gun without the protection of safety eyeware. WVM Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 966236, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on June 13, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 16 Cedar Grove Rd., Margate City, NJ and OSHA inspection number 966250, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed a final order date on August 5, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at The Waves, S. Little Rock Ave., Ventnor City, NJ.

WVM Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 966236, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on August 5, 2014 with respect to a workplace located at 16 Cedar Grove Rd., Margate City, NJ and OSHA inspection number 980503, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on July 24, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 28 N. Beach Drive, Toms River, NJ.
