29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1): The employer did not submit to the Agency documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for each willful or repeat violation and for any serious violation for which the Agency indicates in the citation that such abatement documentation is required.  a) the employer failed to provide documentation and certification for abatement of citation 1 item 1 in which employees engaged in construction activities 6 feet or above lower level was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net, systems, or personal fall arrest system. Condition observed on or about 6/17/14.

29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(13) Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  a) Montebello Living Community, 6 Genova Drive, Berlin Township, NJ 08091: On or about September 27, 2014, the employer did not ensure that each employee performing framing work was protected from falling. Employees were exposed to falls of approximately 19ft.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FALURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.  WVM CONSTRUCTION, INC.; WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, ITS EQUIVALENT, OR ESSENTIALLY SIMILAR STANDARD, 1926.501(b)(13) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 966236 CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 3, ISSUED ON 5/21/14.
