29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1): The employer did not submit to the Agency documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for each willful or repeat violation and for any serious violation for which the Agency indicates in the citation that such abatement documentation is required.  a) The employer failed to provide documentation and certification for abatement of citation 1 item 1 in which eye and face protective equipment were not used by employees when machines or operations presented potential injury. Condition observed on or about 6/17/14.  b)The employer failed to provide documentation and certification for abatement of citation 1 item 2 in which employees were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system. condition observed on or about 6/17/14.  c) The employer failed to provide documentation of certification for abatement of citation 1 item 3 in which the employer did not provide each employee with fall hazard training. Condition noted on or about 6/17/14.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  a) The Mews at Laurel Creek, Lots 80, 81 & 82, 551 Centerton Road, Moorestown, NJ 08057: On or about August 5, 2014,  an employee was exposed to flying debris while cutting plywood sheathing with a circular saw. The employee was not wearing eye protection.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FALURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19. 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(13) Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  a) The Mews at Laurel Creek, Lots 80, 81 & 82, 551 Centerton Road, Moorestown, NJ 08057: On or about August 5, 2014, the employer did not ensure that each employee performing framing work was protected from falling. Employees were exposed to falls of more than 14ft.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FALURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19. 29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who was exposed to fall hazards that enabled each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards.  a) The Mews at Laurel Creek, Lots 80, 81 & 82, 551 Centerton Road, Moorestown, NJ 08057: On or about August 5, 2014, employees installing roof trusses were not trained in the recognition, avoidance and mitigation of fall hazards. Employees were exposed to falls of approximately 14ft.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FALURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
