29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2): The employer did not assure that each employee exposed to fall hazards was trained by a competent person qualified in the areas specified in 29 CFR 1926.503 (a)(2)(i) through (viii): a- 6 Bedford Drive, Medford NJ: Employees, either not wearing or improperly wearing, were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet 7 inches to the ground surface below when performing roof shingle installation and other related activities from the roof of a residential building with a pitch of approximately 6 on 12. These employees had not received any fall protection training from the company. Condition observed on or about 05/02/14. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

Condition observed on or about 05/02/14. ATF CONTRACTOR, LLC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 558258, CITATION 01, ITEM NUMBER 02, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON 09/07/12 WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT LOT 4442 MOORLINCH BOULEVARD, MEDFORD NJ.
