29 CFR 1910.219(c)(4)(i): Unguarded projecting shaft end(s) did not present a smooth edge and end and projected more than one half the diameter of the shaft: a. Grinder Machine - The 3 projecting shaft ends on the machine were not covered or guarded thereby exposing employees to rotating parts. The Bo's Pallets, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.219(c)(4)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 951379, citation number 01, item number 02 and was affirmed as a final order on February 24, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 2427 Highway 140, Adairsville, GA 30103.
