29 CFR 1910.157(g)(1): An educational program was not provided for all employees to familiarize them with the general principles of fire extinguisher use and the hazards involved with incipient stage fire fighting: a) Throughout the establishment: On or about January 31, 2018, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fire hazards, in that training was not provided for employees permitted to use fire extinguishers in case of an incipient fire. Bo's Pallets, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1230350, citation number 03, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on November 29, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 2427 Highway 140, Adairsville, Georgia.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: a) Throughout the establishment: On or about January 31, 2018, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards, in that all aspects of the hazard communication program were not provided, such as but not limited to, a list of chemicals, safety data sheets for all chemicals used within the facility and comprehensive training, to employees while using chemicals, such as but not limited to, Pyroil Brake Parts Cleaner, Blaster Penetrating Catalyst, Mac's Chain & Cable Lube, Valvoline 75-140 oil, Sta-Lube Compressor oil and Oatey All Purpose Cement. Bo's Pallets, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1230350, citation number 03, item number 02 and was affirmed as a final order on November 29, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 2427 Highway 140, Adairsville, Georgia.
