29 CFR 1910.134(c)(2)(i): Respirator users were not provided with the information contained in Appendix D to this standard when the employer determined that any voluntary respirator use was permissible. a) Production floor: On or about May 10, 2017, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to respiratory hazards in that the employer did not provide information about precautions to the employees so that the respirator itself does not become a hazard. Bo's Pallets, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.134(c)(2)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 818961, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 02, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 2427 Highway 140, Adairsville, Georgia 30103.
