Roofs by Antonio, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) or its equivalent which was contained in OSHA inspection 975023, Citation 1, Item 2, issued May 12, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 7672 Montarbor Drive, Colorado Springs, CO.  This citation became final order on June July, 29, 2014.
