29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On or about August 20, 2014, employees were exposed to injuries resulting from falls, while conducting re-roofing activities, without the benefit of fall protection systems being in place, on a roof in excess of six feet above the lower surface. Roofs by Antonio, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) or its equivalent which was contained in OSHA inspection 975023, Citation 1, Item 2, issued May 12, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 7672 Montarbor Drive, Colorado Springs, CO. This citation became final order on June July, 29, 2014.
