29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not provided when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury: (a) Roofs by Antonio at 9733 Croce Circle, Denver, CO: On or before January 26, 2018, the exposing employer did not ensure employees were provided eye protection when pneumatic nailers were used during roofing operations. The condition exposed employees to the hazard of projectile to the eye.
