29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   At jobsite located at 1348 Burning Tree, employees engaged in reroofing activities on a 6 in 12 sloped roof were not protected with fall protection, exposing employees to falls of up to approximately 9 feet to the concrete and ground below.   Jaime Hernandez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29CFR1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 949370, citation number 02, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on December 23, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 4121 Plum Tree, Wichita, KS 67226.  Jaime Hernandez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29CFR1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 935675, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on November 7, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 2655 Fountain, Wichita, KS 67220.
