29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards when doing roofing work. This was most recently documented on 10 December 2015 at a job site at 1330 Burning Tree Dr., Wichita, Kansas where employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet when doing reroofing activities on a 8 in 12 sloped roof without a fall protection system in place.
