29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure.   On or about October 2, 2014 at 5340 Wild Oak Way, in Buford, Georgia; the employer did not provide and ensure the use of fall protection for an employee installing windows at an unprotected edge 22.1 feet above lower levels.
