The boxes were not designed and listed to be mounted to the job made temporary power distribution center or spider box. Employees were exposed to electric shock.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Live parts of electrical equipment operating at 50 volts or more was not guarded against accident by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any other means listed under this provision: (a) Building 27, Shop 95401 High Flight Hour, Bay 1: One receptacle outlet box missing a faceplate had approximately 2 inch by 3 inch opening to expose a live bare black wire and a terminal screw that were not covered to prevent accidental contact. Employees were exposed to electric shock.
