Employees were exposed to catching their fingers and hand at the unguarded disk.  (b) Building 472, Machine Shop: On or about January 14, 2015, a Cincinnati Drill Press, Model 24 inch pedestal, Serial Number 2L3674, Voltage: 208-220, and Amp 15.2 did not have a guard to protect the rotating parts. Employees were exposed to catching their fingers and hand at the unguarded disk.  (c) Building 472, Machine Shop: On or about January 14, 2015, a Fosdick Drill Press, Model Radial, Serial Number: 171-051353, Voltage 220, and Amp 8.4 did not have a guard to protect the rotating parts. Employees were exposed to catching their fingers and hand at the unguarded disk.  (d) Building 472, Machine Shop: On or about January 14, 2015, a Bridgeport Hardinge Milling Machine, Model Ram, Serial Number 041341, Voltage 230, and Amp 6.2 did not have a guard to protect the rotating parts. Employees were exposed to catching their fingers and hand at the unguarded disk.
