29 CFR 1910.1025(d)(7): Additional exposure monitoring was not conducted when there was a change in production, process, control or personnel, or any other reason to suspect a change that may have resulted in new or additional exposure to lead:  (a) Mount Joy Wire Corporation - 59 Triple Lead Patent (TLP) Line - The employer did not conduct additional employee exposure monitoring during the extensive repairs conducted between January 9 - 18, 2015 even though the repairs were significantly different than the repairs previously monitored for lead.  Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
