29 CFR 1926.404(f)(6): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures was not permanent and continuous: In the living room, there was no ground on an extension cord that powered a 100 VAC Makita cut off saw used to cut steel studs. The cord was powered from the house next door. Employees were exposed to the hazard of contacting electricity.

29 CFR 1926.701(b): Reinforcing steel. All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and into which employees could fall, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement: In front and sides of the house, dozens of 0.5 diameter rebars protruded about 34 inches from the foundation for a CMU fence. The foundation was about 1 foot below grade. Employees walking on the path around the house were exposed to the hazard of striking against the rebar.
