29 CFR 1926.300(b)(4)(ii): The point of operation of machine(s) whose operation exposed an employee to injury was not guarded: a) For employees working at 1357 Siesta Bayside Drive in Sarasota, as observed on or about 3 June, 2015. Employees were operating a standing seam machine that utilized a shear to cut the panels to length that was not equipped with a point of operation guard.
