Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: The employer failed to provide a training program for employees performing roofing operations at a residential property. Employees were exposed to a fall of 18.4' without fall protection and were unaware of the height at which fall protection is required. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
