29 CFR 1926.50(c): A person who has a valid certificate in first-aid training was not available at the worksite to render first-aid: (a) On October 1, 2015, no one had a valid certificate in first aid training and the nearest medical treatment facility was more than four minutes away. Employees used a circular saw to cut forms, and hammers to drive nails and remove forms on site.

29 CFR 1926.51(f)(1): The employer did not provide adequate washing facilities for employees engaged in the application of paints, coatings, herbicides, or insecticides, or in other operations where contaminants may be harmful to the employees.
