29 CFR 1926.403(b)(2): 29 CFR 1926.403(b)(2): Listed, labeled, or certified equipment was not installed and used in accordance with instructions included in the listing, labeling, or certification: Men's bathroom: A Rigid Blower fan used for ventilation, and a Cooper light used for illumination were powered by a relocatable power tap connected in series with an extension cord to the power source. An employee was exposed to electrical and fire hazards. Jeida Guam was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.403(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1609746, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 14, 2022 with respect to a workplace located at the Sand Castle Hotel, Tamuning Guam.
