On or about Jan 27, 2016 at several piers, employees were exposed to fire hazards in the vicinity of boats and no fire extinguishers were identied in case of a sudden fire. b. On or about Jan 27, 2016 at the maintenance shop, employees were exposed to fire hazards while operating electrical tools next to flammable and combustible materials and no fire extinguishers were identified in case of a sudden fire.
