OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of up to 14 feet from an elevated work platform: (a) on the jobsite - an employee was lifted 14 feet off the ground by a JLG SkyTrak forklift (model 10054, s/n 0160054128) in an unsecured 3-sided, open front platform when repairing roof gutters, exposing them to a serious injury caused by falling; observed on or about 3/17/16.
