29 CFR 1910.212(a)(2): Guard on machine was not affixed to the machine or secured elsewhere when attachment to the machine was not possible:  At the time of the inspection, the slide gate guard on the film applicator robot on line #12 was not affixed. Employees were able to easily lower the guard exposing themselves and others to a caught in hazard during robot operation. At times the robot had been operated with the guard down.
