29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a.  On or about August 17, 2016 , at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing sheething operations on a  roof ten (10') feet nine (9") inches above the ground was not protected from falls, thereby exposing employee to fall hazards.  b.  On or about August 17, 2016 , at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential carpentry operations on the second floor was exposed to fall of twelve (12') feet two (2") inches above the ground was not protected from falls, thereby exposing employee to fall hazards.   The Hilltown Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 891469, citation number 1, item number 2a, and was affirmed as a final order on April 16, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at Misty Falls Lot 42, Frankfort, IL.
