On or about August 17, 2021, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee using a pneumatic nail gun was not wearing safety glasses, thereby exposing employee to hazards associated with eye injuries.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a. On or about August 17, 2021, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing residential carpentry operations, eleven (11) feet seven (1) inch above the ground, was not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards. Hilltown Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1308358, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 25, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 51 Dungarvan Road, Frankfort, IL 60423. Hilltown Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number1260496, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 16, 2018, with respect to a workplace located between 1809 and 1783 Dr. on the corner of Mays and Grandview, New Lenox, IL.
