29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about April 11, 2018, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing carpentry operations were exposed to falls of approximately two (2) stories, created by the presence of unprotected sides and no employees wearing PFAS. Hilltown Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard [1926.501(b)(13)], which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1260496, citation 1, item 1, issued on January 9, 2018 and was affirmed as final order on March 16, 2018 with respect to the worksite located between 1809 and 1783 Dr. on the corner of Mays and Grandview, New Lenox, IL. Hilltown Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard [1926.501(b)(13)], which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1170534, citation 1, item 1, issued on September 12, 2016 and was affirmed as final order on November 7, 2016 with respect to the worksite located at 1809 Mays Street, New Lenox, IL. Hilltown Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard [1926.501(b)(13)], which was contained in OSHA inspection number 996096, citation 1, item 1, issued on October 7, 2014, and was affirmed as final order on October 29, 2014 with respect to the worksite located at 51 Madison Court, New Lenox IL, 60451.
