Hilltown Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard [1926.501(b)(13)], which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1170534, citation 1, item 1, issued on September 12, 2016 and was affirmed as final order on November 7, 2016 with respect to the worksite located at 1809 Mays Street, New Lenox, IL.
