29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a. On or about August 28, 2017, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing residential carpentry work on the second floor of a new construction single family home was not protected from fall hazards. Hilltown Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1170534, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 7, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 1809 Mays Street, New Lenox, IL 60451. Hilltown Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 996096, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 29, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at Rachel Ridge lot 51 Madison Court, New Lenox, IL 60451.
