29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system.       a.  On or about September 2, 2016 at the above addressed jobsite, employees conducting roofing operations, sixteen (16) four (4) inches feet above the ground, were not protected from falling.        The Durable Roofing Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 594978, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 26, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 11020 S. Keating Ave, Oak Lawn, IL.    The Durable Roofing Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 109450, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 23, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 9100 S. St. Louis, Evergreen Park, IL.    The Durable Roofing Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 107100, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February23, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 11330 Kedzie Ave., Chicago, IL.
