29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition: Hangar 9, Sheet Metal Shop: On or about December 20, 2016, and at times prior thereto, accumulations of combustible metal dust was located throughout the shop on surfaces where settled dust can accumulate, such as, but not limited to, ceiling panels, electrical equipment, and machining equipment (e.g. Grizzly Router Table, Spindle Sander, Belt/Disc Sander). This condition exposes employees to the hazard of fire/explosion.
