29 CFR 1910.101(b):"Compressed gases." The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks shall be in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in Sec. 1910.6: (a) On or about July 20, 2021, and at times prior to that date, employees were exposed to fire and explosion hazards where MAP-Pro Premium Hand Torch Fuel (Cas-No. 115-07-1, Propylene, 99.5-100%) and Benzomatic Propane (Cas-No. 74-98-6, Propane, 87.5-100%) cylinders were stored with flammable and combustible material such as, but not limited to, five gallon containers of gasoline (Cas-No. 86290-81-5, gasoline, 80-100%) within a flammable storage cabinet at 927 Flight Path Avenue, Las Vegas, Nevada.

29 CFR 1910.106(d)(2)(i): The employer did not ensure that flammable liquids were stored in approved container that complies with the requirements of and containing products authorized by chapter I, title 49 of the Code of Federal Regulations (regulations issued by the Hazardous Materials Regulations Board, Department of Transportation): (a) On or about July 20, 2021, and at times prior to that date, for the employees exposed to fire hazards where gasoline (Cas-No. 86290-81-5, gasoline, 80-100%) was stored in plastic containers within a flammable storage cabinet at 927 Flight Path Avenue, Las Vegas, Nevada.
