29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a. At the job site located at 945 City Plaza Way, buildings 3A and 3B, employees conducting various carpentry and wood work such as decking, framing and punch out, were exposed to 10 feet 7 inch and a 23 feet 7 inch fall hazards, in that, fall protection was not used, on or about 03/02/2017. b. At the job site located at 935 Oviedo Blvd., an employee taking 2" x 4" wood board from a forklift was exposed to 16 foot fall hazard, in that, fall protection was not used, on or about 03/02/2017. The Cuenca Construction Corp was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1193328, citation number 01, item number 01, and was affirmed as a final order on 02/06/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 14670 Continental Gateway, Orlando, FL 32821.
