29 CFR 1926.501(b)(14): Each employee working on, at, above, or near wall openings (including those with chutes attached), where the outside bottom edge of the wall opening was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system. (a) At the site on the 3rd floor of new construction apartments, an employee was exposed to a 21 foot fall hazard while working near an unguarded wall opening/floor landing, on or about July 31, 2017.

29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report an in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours. a. On or about 7/31/2017 at 50 Paramount Dr.Sarasota, Florida an employee suffered a work-related injury and was hospitalized. The employer was informed of the hospitalization on 7/31/2017. The employer notified OSHA on 8/03/2017 at 11:00 a.m. of the in-patient hospitalization.
