29 CFR 1926.1060(a): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee using ladders and stairways, as necessary, which would enable each employee to recognize hazards related to ladders and stairways and train each employee in the procedures to be followed to minimize these hazards.  a) inside the building - an employee was exposed to a fall of 5 feet while standing on the top step of a stepladder while he was inspecting the trusses. The employee was not trained on ladder safety, on or about 5/3/17.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(15): Each employee on a walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8 meters) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  a) Back of the facility, block wall - three employees were exposed to a fall of 9 feet 5 inches while installing trusses, on or about 5/3/17.  b) Throughout the roof - six employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 9 feet while installing roof decking, on or about 5/8/17.   The Cuenca Construction Corp was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1193328, citation number 01, item number 01, and was affirmed as a final order on 02/06/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 14670 Continental Gateway, Orlando, FL 32821.  The Cuenca Construction Corp was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1201447, citation number 01, item number 02, and was affirmed as a final order on 03/24/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 111 Burnett Ct, Saint Johns, FL 32259.
