29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) At the commercial construction site located at 3950 N Mulberry Street. in Kansas City, Missouri: Employees engaged in framing activities were exposed to injury/illness from dermal, ingestion, and inhalation hazards from exposure to hazardous chemicals. Employees had not been provided with training or information regarding the hazardous chemicals with which they work. Hazardous chemicals such as gasoline and glue were used at the commercial construction site.

29 CFR 1926.403(b)(1): Employer did not ensure that electrical equipment is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: At the commercial construction site located at 3950 N Mulberry Street, Kansas City, Missouri: Employees were exposed to an electrical shock hazard. Employees engaged in commercial framing activities were exposed to the 110 volt energized conductors on the repaired extension cord. Conductors were exposed on the extension cord providing power to a circular saw.
