29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vi): Each employee performing overhand bricklaying operations and/or related work from a supported scaffold was not protected from falling from all open sides and ends of the scaffold (except at the side next to the wall being laid) by the use of a personal fall arrest system or guardrail system (with minimum 200 pound toprail capacity): At a residential worksite located at 804 Woodland Ave, Kansas City, Missouri. Employees performing bricklaying activities was exposed to a fall hazard while working on a supported tubular framed scaffold approximately 25-30 feet in heights was not protected from falling from all open sides and ends of the scaffold by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.

Employees engaged in masonry activities around a tubular framed scaffold were exposed to struck by injuries from falling tools and materials. Toe boards were not provided for additional protection.
