29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: At the location of 7521 W 135th St, in Overland Park KS, an employee installing decking with the us of an articulating boom (GENI Z62/40 #4AR8068) was exposed to a fall hazards of approximately 40 feet to the ground below in that a lanyard was not in use to anchor the employee to the boom.
