29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. At the job sites located at 2013 Prairie Grass Dr, Raymore, MO 64083: Employees were exposed to falls greater than 6' while engaging in framing work without the use of any form of fall protection. Employees were walking on ceiling joists as they installed the plywood for the roof. Employees were observed working near the edge of the home at heights greater than 10 feet from the top plate to the ground level down. MIK Framing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13) , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1440640, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 02-09-2020, with respect to a workplace located at 12100 S. Pflumm, Olathe, KS 66062.
