29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) At the residential job site located at 2013 Prairie Grass Drive in Raymore, Missouri 64083, on or about November 7, 2023: The employees were exposed to, but not limited to, air compressor oil, gasoline, and nail adhesives. Hazards from these products include fire, skin contact reactions such as dermatitis, and respiratory problems such as asthma. The employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program.
