29 CFR 1926.703(a)(2): Drawings or plans, including all revisions, for the jack layout, formwork (including shoring equipment), working decks, and scaffolds were not available at the jobsite: 2nd Floor: There were no drawings or plans for shoring jacks used to support wooden roof forms. Exposing employees to struck-by and caught between hazards. Jeida Guam was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.703(a)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1095618, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 30, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 274 West Santa Barbara Avenue, Dededo, GU 96929.
