29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: North Course: A written hazard communication program was not developed and maintained at the site and employees use herbicides, growth regulators, engine and hydraulic oils, which are flammable and corrosive, exposing employees to various health injuries and illnesses. Certification, with date and method of abatement required. Certification of abatement is required by 29 CFR Part 1903 and is to be submitted within (10) calendar days after the abatement date.
