Aisles were not of sufficient width to allow the safe evacuation of all the people who work on the floor served by the aisle: Southside Kitchen Bar Back Kitchen Storage: Employee(s) used the aisleway to store consumables and used the sink to sanitize hands for food preparation and access chemical storage closet. The access way between the fridge and food prep counter measured 1 foot .05 inches in width. Employees were exposed to injuries due to limited access and/or egress.
