29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  a)  T. Davis Contractors LLC on or about January 09, 2018, at the address of 3130 Central Park West, Toledo, OH: The employer did not ensure employees were protected from falls while performing wood framing activities on top a commercial type structure.  During this activity, employees were exposed to falls of up to 13 ft. to the ground below.   T. Davis Contractors was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1046799, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on June 14, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 46797 Carronade Dr. Perrysburg, OH.     T. Davis Contractors was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1236342, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 03, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 1470 Pray Blvd. Waterville, OH.
