Davis Contractors, LLC at jobsite located at 13073 Reitz Rd. Perrysburg OH 43551, did not ensure that employees were protected from head injury hazards by protective hardhats while working directly below employees who were using tools and handling lumber which was an overhead struck by hazard.

Davis Contractors, LLC at jobsite located at 13073 Reitz Rd. Perrysburg OH 43551, did not ensure employees were protected from falls while conducting residential framing construction activities on the second level of a residential single family home. One employee was exposed to falls of approximately 11 feet or greater to the ground below.
