29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) Olmedo Roofing, at 1919 68th Ave Greeley, CO 80631: On and before March 20, 2018, the exposing employer did not ensure that employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. Employees were roofing a two story senior living building without the use of fall protection. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet while working off a roof with a 6:12 pitch.
